Zack Hamilton of Camino Air conditioning in Poway repaired our heating unit. He was courteous, professional, extremely experienced and thorough. And on time. He generously took the time to explain what the issues were, let us ask any and all questions, answering and explaining anything we asked. Our dogs, who bark at everyone, were showered with affection from Zack. This is the FIRST time we used Zack and we HIGHLY recommend his service. Camino Air is outstanding--efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. I asked them to return after a year as I thought my heating system was not working correctly--Zack came out, made some adjustments to the airflow, and actually explained some features I was not utilizing. You can't do better than Camino Air Conditioning. They installed a new HVAC unit in our condo in 2020: the system has worked beautifully and their service has been outstanding. The one time we had an issue (which was related to a failed manufacturer's part in the compressor) it was during a heat wave and Camino went out of their way to make sure the unit was back online within 12 hours. This is a company you can rely on!

When our a/c broke down, I searched for an a/c repair service in Poway, CA. I was intrigued by the good reviews, so I decided to give it a go. We got a technician out the same day who was incredible and did an excellent repair job with our unit. I am genuinely impressed.

We had an issue with our system and needed someone for the ac repairs. We called in the morning, and the tech guys arrived before noon and immediately proceeded with the job. They are highly knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue with our ac and fixed it within an hour! Excellent service!

Zack and the expert HVAC team at Camino Air recently added dual AC units to the forced air heating system they installed when we first built our Solana Beach home in 2011. I was thrilled to see Zack return 11 years later to install the AC units. All of the work and Carrier systems Zack and crew installed shows the highest attention to quality and care to seamlessly fit the systems into limited spaces. The craftsmanship on both systems is so good it's the first thing I show everybody when they first come to our house!

Yerevan, Camino AC President, personally returned my call and came to my home for an assessment. He was direct and to the point. He took the time to draw up a few thorough estimates rather than just writing down a number on the spot. We did not choose Camino for the install, but I sincerely appreciated the professionalism. My neighbor was the one that referred me and had only good things to say.

Dont ride your bike on pier..other than that. Have fun
